Location: Essendon | Full-Time | 38 hrs Tuesday – Saturday
The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to take charge of our brand new Essendon store! This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to step up and own the success of a fast-paced, community-focused retail environment.
Working closely with your State Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team and play a key role in delivering best-in-class customer experiences, building strong community relationships, and driving brand growth beyond the four walls of the store.
What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee daily operations to achieve sales, KPIs, visual merchandising standards, stock levels, shrinkage and wage controlLead by example to inspire your team and drive high-performance across all areas of the storeMonitor performance metrics and take action to meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales goalsManage rosters and wage spend in line with business targets and GRIA complianceCoach and develop team members through succession planning and ongoing trainingChampion a positive store culture and maintain high levels of team moraleDrive community activations and partnerships with sporting events and health professionalsEnsure compliance with OH&S legislation at all times
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or a Senior Retail Leader in a fast-paced retail environmentA ‘Make it Happen’ attitude and love for leading from the frontA track record of inspiring and growing high-performing teamsStrong operational skills in rostering, wage control, visual merchandising, and stock controlThe ability to think strategically and turn challenges into opportunitiesExperience building strong cross-functional relationships
