The Opportunity

An opportunity has become available for a results driven Senior Clinical Specialist to join our Electrophysiology Team in Queensland.

The overall responsibility of this role is to provide expert case coverage to customers utilizing Johnson & Johnson products. The role would also be assisting with training for Associate Clinical Specialists and Clinical Specialists while working with Sales & Marketing to drive commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

Provide expert procedural support on advanced electrophysiology cases, especially complex arrhythmiasLead training sessions and mentor in-field teams, ensuring everyone is at the top of their gameCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and technologists to optimize patient outcomesTroubleshoot and resolve product issues quickly to keep procedures running smoothlyDrive product adoption by proactively showcasing innovations and benefits to healthcare professionalsAssist with product recalls, complaints, and feedback to enhance future developmentSupport sales efforts by identifying clinical opportunities and demonstrating product valueRepresent Johnson & Johnson at industry events and conferences, sharing your expertise

About You

Preferred minimum education: Degree in Health Science or Biomedical EngineeringPreferred industry experience: EP Cardiac technician, IBHRE completed or current with line manager within 12 months.Minimum 3 years of experience in a Clinical roleIn-depth understanding of Electrophysiology and catheters.Signed off and expert in all arrythmias, hardware and softwareStrong leadership with an ability to work autonomouslyProven track record of new technology adoptionPass mark of >85% recert/ASTM
