We’re seeking an experienced Rostering Manager to support a leading aged care provider by leading a dedicated team and ensuring seamless workforce coordination across multiple service streams. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Rostering Officers

• Oversee end‑to‑end rostering, shift coverage, and workforce allocation across Residential and Home and Community services

• Improve efficiency, reduce overtime, and support care‑minute targets

• Ensure compliance with aged care legislation, industrial instruments, and quality standards

• Provide accurate reporting and data insights to management

• Conduct audits relating to casual hours, visa restrictions, and roster compliance

• Identify process improvements and support continuous workforce optimisation

About You

• Strong experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination (aged care, disabilities or health preferred)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

• Ability to interpret EA, NES, and legislative requirements

• High attention to detail with strong analytical capability

• Calm, proactive and able to manage competing priorities

• Collaborative, people‑focused and committed to quality and continuous improvement

• NDIS Worker Orientation Module

• Pre‑employment medical

• Full working rights in Australia

• Driver’s licence + access to a vehicle
