As the Pre-Delivery Operations Manager you will be managing the pre-delivery service delivery that will meet the monthly business sales requirements.

The role requires you to be a hands-on Pre-Delivery Operational Manager that can oversee daily outcomes:

• Lead and support the pre-delivery team to maintain high standards of workmanship, productivity, and quality.

• Oversee the scheduled workflow to ensure delivery deadlines are consistently achieved.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Department.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Liase with our sales and the parts department in the same building, with services, and accessory supplies.

• Lead and manage a team of pre-delivery technicians and detailers.

• Train staff on inspection, quality control, and dealership standards.

Customer Satisfaction

• Deliver vehicles in pristine, showroom-ready condition.

• Address last-minute concerns or special customer requests with professionalism.

Accessory Installation & Customisation

• Supervise installation of accessories (e.g. window tint, spoilers, coatings).

• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and customer expectations.

• Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise with sales and service departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.

Inventory & Documentation Management: 

• Track vehicle flow through the PDI process.

• Maintain accurate records of inspections, work performed, and installations.

• Ensure adherence to warranty and safety compliance.

Accountability & Performance

• Meet departmental performance and budget goals.

• Uphold dealership policies and support broader business objectives.
