Your Day Might Include

• ☕ Start the day with a coffee and a chat with the team before your first client.

• 🛋️ See adult clients in person or via telehealth.

• 🌿 Work across Medicare, SIRA and NDIS with a varied and engaging caseload.

• 🧠 Deliver evidence-based therapy in a way that reflects your clinical style.

• ✍️ Wrap up your notes efficiently (our AI-assisted systems help keep paperwork to a minimum).

• 💬 Grab a teammate for a quick debrief after a challenging session—or celebrate a breakthrough together.

• 🤝 Collaborate with GPs, psychiatrists and other allied health professionals to provide great client care.

• 📚 Join supervision, peer consultation and clinical discussions that genuinely help you grow.

• 🌟 Get involved in groups, assessments, supervision of junior staff or program development if that's where your interests lie.

• 😂 Finish the day having shared ideas, solved problems and probably had a few laughs along the way
