1. Engineering Surveyor – Residential + Construction Projects

Residential + Construction Projects

We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Surveyor to support residential construction, subdivision and development projects across Perth and WA.

You’ll work across set-outs, as-cons, site surveys and construction support for respected builders and developers. This role offers variety, autonomy and the backing of a team that values accuracy, clear data and reliable delivery.

You’ll thrive here if you have:

• 3+ years engineering surveying experience

• Strong site confidence and communication skills

• Experience with construction set-outs and as-cons

• Familiarity with Trimble, Civilcad, AutoCAD or similar

• The ability to work well with builders, supervisors and project teams

2. Licensed Surveyor (Immediate Equity Opportunity)

Leadership Role + Equity Pathway

We’re looking for a WA-registered Licensed Surveyor with strong cadastral experience and the confidence to help lead delivery across boundary surveys, subdivisions, titling and land development projects.

This is a career-defining opportunity for someone who wants more than a standard survey role. You’ll be supported by an experienced field, drafting and administration team, with a structured pathway toward leadership and potential equity in a stand-alone licensed survey division.

What you’ll be part of:

• Active and upcoming subdivision projects across WA

You’ll suit this role if you have:

• WA Licensed Surveyor registration
