Commercial Site Supervisor

Lead the day-to-day delivery of commercial construction sites, coordinating trades, subcontractors, materials and site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Certificate III in Carpentry and/or Project Management experience

• Minimum 2-5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor

• Hands-on experience delivering Australian commercial construction projects

• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications

• Valid White Card (Construction Induction)

• Strong understanding of WHS and site compliance requirements

• Proactive, solutions-focused approach

• Reliable, organised, and safety-focused

• Strong communication skills

• Local candidates preferred, or candidates willing to relocate at their own expense and be based in the Mackay & Whitsunday Regions

• Australian Citizenship required
