We are currently seeking an experienced Detailer/Trade Assistant to Join the Brooks Equipment team. Based at our Welshpool branch, the successful applicant will have a keen eye for detail and an eagerness to get the job done.

Main Responsibilities/duties will include:

• Detail and clean earthmoving equipment to meet required standards within tight schedules

• Identify and communicate any equipment issues to your supervisor

• Ensure all tools and equipment are well-maintained and in good working order

• Assisting the tradesmen with various tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License

• Willingness to occasionally work weekends and flexible hours

• Previous detailing experience preferred but not essential

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools

• Mechanically minded person that can use hand tools

• Forklift / High risk work licenses (desirable)

• An understanding of OH&S regulations

• Be able to pass a Medical including a Drug & Alcohol test

• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment

• Good organisation skills to work efficiently

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to work autonomously 

• Be physically fit and be able to lift heavy objects
