Maintenance Plumber

Mandurah Plumbing & Gas Services is looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our crew.

We are a locally owned and operated plumbing business servicing Mandurah and surrounding areas. We complete a wide range of residential maintenance, real estate, drainage, hot water and gas work.

We are looking for someone who can confidently work on their own, communicate professionally with customers and property managers, and complete all work to a high standard.

The role includes:

• General residential plumbing maintenance
• Diagnosing and repairing water leaks
• Servicing and replacing taps, toilets and plumbing fixtures
• Hot water system repairs and replacements
• Clearing blocked drains using sewer machines and high-pressure sewer jetters
• Completing drain camera inspections
• Gas appliance servicing and installations
• Providing clear job notes and photos
• Communicating with tenants, owners and property managers
• Supporting the rest of the team when required

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A current Western Australian Plumbing Tradesperson Licence
• A current Western Australian Gasfitting Permit
• Previous maintenance plumbing experience
• A current Australian driver’s licence
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work unsupervised
• Pride in your workmanship and presentation
• A reliable and positive attitude
• The ability to complete accurate job notes and paperwork
