Are you the pharmacy assistant who sees what needs doing?

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated and proactive pharmacy assistant who wants to do more than simply fill shelves and serve at the counter.

About You

You’ll be someone who:

• Is friendly, approachable and genuinely enjoys helping people

• Has initiative and sees what needs doing without always being asked

• Takes pride in their work and has a strong work ethic

• Is organised, reliable and open to learning new things

• Enjoys working as part of a small team but can also work independently

• Is confident communicating with customers and healthcare professionals

• Enjoys contributing ideas and helping turn them into reality

• Wants to be part of a team with shared goals and a genuine sense of purpose

Experience is important, but we’re equally looking for someone who brings the right attitude, takes initiative and genuinely wants to be part of what we’re building.

A Role With Variety

As well as the usual pharmacy assistant responsibilities, you’ll have opportunities to:

• Support the dispensary and pharmacy team in delivering professional services

• Build strong relationships with our customers beyond our four walls

• Assist with offsite vaccination clinics and community health events

• Communicate with doctors and other healthcare professionals

• Assist with stock management, ordering and supplier relationships

• Contribute to marketing promotions and community initiatives

• Help identify and implement ideas to improve the pharmacy

• Play a genuine role in helping our pharmacy grow

The Role

Monday–Wednesday, with the potential for additional hours and full-time work for the right person as our business continues to grow.

Previous pharmacy experience is preferred, but we’re more interested in finding the right person than the longest résumé.
