After successfully launching our Brisbane branch in 2026, we're ready for the next chapter—and we're looking for the right leader to drive it.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Directors, you'll have full ownership of the Queensland Branch, located in Willawong.

You'll lead a close-knit team of three, including a Warehouse & Customer Service Officer, an Internal Account Manager and a Sales Rep, while driving profitable growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and inspire a high-performing branch team.
• Drive sales growth, profitability and market expansion.
• Build strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
• Identify and win new business opportunities.
• Coach and develop your team to achieve their potential.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory and customer fulfilment.
• Monitor and manage branch performance using financial and operational reports.
• Create a culture focused on safety, accountability and exceptional service.

About You

You're a natural leader with commercial instincts and a passion for growing businesses.
You'll bring:

• Proven experience leading a branch, business unit or sales operation.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• The ability to motivate teams and build a winning culture.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, welding or wholesale distribution is highly regarded.
