About the role:

As Delivery Coordinator for our Fleet team, you will be at the centre of the customer handover experience, ensuring every vehicle leaves in perfect condition, and every client feels genuinely valued.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Coordinating the preparation and timely delivery of fleet vehicles, giving you visibility across the full vehicle lifecycle
• Communicating directly with Fleet clients to confirm delivery schedules and keep expectations on track
• Liaising with internal teams including sales, service, and finance to make sure every vehicle is ready on time
• Completing delivery documentation accurately, building your knowledge of compliance and fleet administration
• Identifying and resolving pre-delivery issues before they reach the customer, developing your problem-solving skills in a real-world setting
• Contributing to a team that handles volume fleet accounts, giving your work genuine scale and impact

About you:

You are organised, composed under pressure, and find real satisfaction in seeing a process run smoothly from beginning to end.

More about you:

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliveries and deadlines at once
• Clear, professional communication, whether in person, over the phone, or via email
• A valid Queensland driver licence is essential for this role
• Previous experience in automotive, fleet, or a coordination role will help you settle in quickly
• Comfortable working with internal systems and delivery documentation
• A collaborative approach, because this role connects several teams and your attitude sets the tone
