Scaffolder

KAEFER Integrated Services is seeking Intermediate and Advanced Scaffolders to join our permanent maintenance teams at Goonyella coal mine. This is a long‑term opportunity to support safe access solutions across fixed plant and heavy industrial assets, working within a high‑performing and safety‑driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding structures

• Interpret scaffold plans and drawings

• Ensure compliance with site and legislative safety requirements

• Support maintenance teams across fixed plant and heavy industrial areas

• Maintain high safety, quality and compliance standards

ABOUT YOU

• Current Driver’s License

• Proof of right to work in Australia

• High Risk Work Licence – Intermediate (SI) or Advanced (SA) Scaffolding

• OHS / Construction Card

• Standard 11

• Coal Board Medical

• BMA Core Induction

• Working at Heights (within 2 years)

• Confined Space & Gas Test Atmospheres (within 2 years)

• Local allowance for candidates local to Moranbah

• Transport provided to site from KAEFER Mackay Office (If you are local to Mackay)
