Assistant Property Manager (Full-Time)

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Property Management Assistant to support the day-to-day management of a busy rental portfolio.

In this role, you’ll assist with routine inspections, maintenance coordination, lease administration, tenant communication, and rent arrears management. You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants while supporting our Property Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and complete condition reports

• Manage maintenance requests and follow up work orders

• Monitor and action rent arrears

• Assist with lease preparation, renewals, and tenant sign-ups

• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors

• Support dispute resolution and general tenancy matters

• Maintain accurate records and administrative systems

About You

• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration is a must

• A current driver’s licence

• Strong organisation and time management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
