• Summary: Work with our team of 4 tradesmen and apprentice(s) to streamline projects. Use your experience in landscape project management to produce quality landscapes with efficiency and creativity.

About the role

Contribute your innovative ideas to our growing team of 4 to build cutting edge landscapes. Reporting to Will Blaxland, this permanent, full-time role’s duties and responsibilities include:

• Lead construction on 1-3 projects at any given time
• Manage assets and completions on time and remaining within project budgets
• Provide assistance in design, planning and executing the wider range of projects to support the business operations
• Manage work health and safety compliance on building sites
• Occasionally travel up to 200 km from Tamworth for project construction

Skills and experience

• Tertiary qualified in landscape construction
• Proven working experience in supervising landscape crews and training apprentices
• Proven ability to communicate, take responsibility for project quality, be strategic and translate how to plan and execute projects.
