SALARY $90K TO $120K ANNUALLY

Our client is a specialist in the supply of premium mechanical engineering products, parts, and servicing for rotating and static equipment across a range of industrial operations. We deliver tank-to-tank solutions that reduce whole-of-life costs by improving equipment efficiency, reliability, energy consumption, and downtime. We are expanding and currently have positions for the following qualified and experienced professionals to join our dynamic team – Fitters, Mechanical Engineering Technicians, Electricians, Mechanical Engineers, Technical Sales Representatives, Engineering Managers & Metal Fabricators

1. Fitters
Install, repair, and maintain earthmoving equipment and attachments
Fit auxiliary hydraulic and electrical control systems
Interpret technical documents and complete precise installations
Maintain high-quality workmanship with flexibility for travel and overtime

2. Mechanical Engineering Technicians
Service and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Conduct preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs
Supervise inspections, maintain service records, and train team members
Estimate materials, manage documentation, and keep current with industry advances

3. Electricians
Install, test, and maintain electrical control systems for construction machinery
Ensure compliance with Wiring Rules and safety regulations
Collaborate with mechanical teams to integrate electrical systems
Respond to breakdowns, conduct regular inspections, and maintain records

4. Mechanical Engineers
Design, optimise, and oversee mechanical systems and components
Lead failure analysis and implement engineering improvements
Develop technical reports and specifications
Ensure projects meet safety and regulatory standards while mentoring junior staff

5. Technical Sales Representatives
Provide tailored solutions and product recommendations to clients
Interpret technical needs and liaise with engineering teams
Prepare quotations and manage sales processes from enquiry to close
Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure project satisfaction

6. Engineering Managers
Determine engineering strategies
Interpreting plans and specifications
Establish project schedules and budgets
Ensure compliance with standards
Overseeing maintenance
Liaise with other managers

7. Metal Fabricators
Interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Cut, shape, assemble, and weld metal components
Perform welding and fabrication to required standards
Fabricate and repair metal structures, components, and equipment
Operate and maintain fabrication tools and machinery
Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with safety requirements

Qualifications & Experience
Relevant trade qualification, engineering degree, or equivalent experience

Minimum 2 years of industry experience in a similar role
Preferred: Practical experience with hydraulic systems, hoses, and fittings

Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent diagnostic skills
Ability to work unsupervised while maintaining performance standards
Pride in workmanship and company-provided equipment/vehicle
