ABOUT THE ROLE

This is more than just a warehouse role, it's an opportunity to develop your skills, take ownership, and build a long-term career within a global logistics business.

Based within our operations team, you'll play a key role in ensuring freight moves safely, efficiently, and on time across both our AM and PM shifts. No two days are the same, and you'll be at the heart of keeping our network running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our operations team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Loading and unloading rigid vehicles and Linehaul trailers.

• Preparing and managing Linehaul documentation, including departure sheets, safe driving plans, and dangerous goods paperwork.

• Supporting the Operations Manager to achieve key performance indicators, including:

  • Freight scanning and receivals

  • Manifesting

  • Freight re-measurements

  • Loader productivity and performance metrics

• Maintaining a safe, organised, and efficient warehouse environment.

• Managing freight movements, stock counts, and warehouse housekeeping.

• Operating the tug vehicle to manoeuvre and position trailers safely on and off loading docks.

Working Hours

This role operates on a rotating schedule totaling 45 hours per week:

• Monday: 4:30am – 5:00pm

• Tuesday: 10:00am – 10:30pm

• Wednesday: Rostered Day Off

• Thursday: 5:30am – 3:00pm

• Friday: 10:00am – 10:30pm
