Project Marketing Manager QLD- 12 Month Maternity Leave Cover

Exciting Opportunity for a Project Marketing Manager to join our company. This is an initial 12-month Fixed Term Maternity Leave cover contract, with the potential for extension.

About the Role:

The role of Project Marketing Manager is to oversee, guide and add value to RPM’s contribution to the sales and marketing planning, creative and delivery process across RPM Community / Built Form projects for the Project Marketing division.

The role is pivotal in helping to develop and maintain processes and documentation that align procedures across the Project Marketing team; that enhance the delivery and information of project sales and marketing to drive better relationships and transparency with developers and drive measurable outcomes for the marketing agencies we collaborate with.

Capabilities and Experience:

• Proven experience working on Residential project sales-and-marketing strategies & campaigns for master-planned communities or built-form projects; hands-on experience running launches, events and multi-channel campaigns (eDM, SMS, portals, socials).
• Strong copywriting/reviewing and experience briefing, reviewing and approving brochures, signage and digital assets within brand guidelines.
• Intermediate skills and knowledge of the MS Office suite and experience working with CRM (preferably Salesforce)
• Sound understanding in analysis for Cost-Per-Lead, channel ROI, settlement/ deposit reports and feeding insights back into budget or pricing decisions.
• Able to utilise different methods to stay organised to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines across a range of stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders (developers, creative agencies) and able to chair/run meetings to present insights and negotiate schedules or budgets.

Pre-requisites 

• University Degree in business, commerce or equivalent
• Agent’s representative certificate (beneficial)
• Police Background check
