About the Role:

Join a supportive and highly skilled team as a Nurse/Midwife Level 2 in the Special Care Nursery, where you'll provide advanced clinical care to neonates while contributing to positive outcomes for babies and their families.

Drawing on your neonatal expertise, you'll provide clinical leadership, work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues, and deputise for the Clinical Midwife Consultant after hours. You'll also play an important role in mentoring and developing less experienced staff, supporting their professional growth through education, guidance and Performance Development Plans. This is a rewarding opportunity to combine expert clinical practice with leadership and mentorship in a team that values collaboration, learning and excellence in care.

Note: This is a part-time (32 hours per week) temporary position available for 12 months with the possibility of extension and/or permanency. The full-time salary noted above will be paid pro rata for part-time hours.
