About the role 

As our CRM Campaign Coordinator, you'll help bring our customer communications to life through effective CRM campaigns and automated customer journeys. You'll be responsible for keeping existing campaigns up to date as products, treatments, and offers evolve, while identifying opportunities to improve performance and customer engagement. You'll also support the development and launch of new customer journeys that deliver timely, personalised experiences across the customer lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:  

• Maintain and optimise existing automated customer journeys and campaign triggers to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
• Support lifecycle marketing such as product launches, quiz journeys and targeted campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with cross -functional teams (e.g., eCommerce, Operations, IT, Creative Services) to align CRM efforts with broader business goals.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and customer experience.
• Support CRM reporting and analysis, tracking key metrics and identifying opportunities for optimisation.

Your Skills and experience

• Certificate, diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications or a relevant field preferred.
• Experience in a marketing, CRM, digital or campaign coordination role within a fast-paced business.
• Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple and conflicting projects, priorities and deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organised, outcomes -focused and comfortable working in a fast -paced environment.
• Excellent project management and time management skills with experience using workflow management, scheduling and reporting software.
• Experience using or supporting an automated marketing platform such as Klaviyo, Braze, HubSpot, Taguchi or similar.
• Demonstration of an understanding of and a commitment to endota’s mission and values.
