What You'll Be Doing

• Manage your own well-maintained residential portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Coordinate maintenance, lease renewals and rent reviews.
• Complete routine, entry and exit inspections using modern technology.
• Manage arrears, tribunal preparation and legislative compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining HIVE's high standards.

About You

You're a motivated Property Manager who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in delivering exceptional service and is looking to be part of a team that genuinely supports your success.

You'll also have:

• Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio.
• Current ACT Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Sound knowledge of ACT residential tenancy legislation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Experience using PropertyMe or similar property management software.
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
