About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Irrigation Salesperson to join our team in a busy retail and trade environment.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers and play a key role in delivering excellent service and support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serving customers on the trade/retail counter

• Answering phone and email enquiries

• Preparing, processing and following up on quotes including onsite quotes

• Ordering stock and receipting goods into the system

• Assisting with general retail duties and store presentation

• Providing advice on pumps and irrigation products (training provided)

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word)

• Ability to learn and use in-house software systems

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Good organisation and attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a team environment

• Must be an Australian citizen with full work rights

• WA C Class Driver's Licence

Desirable (but not essential):

• Experience in irrigation, pumps, plumbing, rural supplies or a similar industry

• Previous retail, trade counter or sales experience

Working Hours & Conditions

• Full-time position

• Monthly RDOs

• Required to work every second Saturday (8:00am – 12:00pm)
