About the role
Looking for a Part Time Career in Care where a passion for helping people with their vision and hearing needs is part of what we love to do everyday at Specsavers Chermside and Aspley.
We will provide full training and development in a career in the Optics Industry, with the realistic opportunity for rewarding career advancement over 18-24 months and beyond (including roles into Leadership positions and potential Store Ownership for dedicated individuals).
Successful applicants will be joining our team as a Part Time Optical Assistant (minimum requirement is 25hrs per week. Availability MUST include Thursdays (with rotational late night each second week), Fridays and either Saturday or Sunday.
If you have exceptional customer service experience and have a genuine interest in helping people with their vision and hearing needs, then you should come to Specsavers Chermside and Aspley.
To be successful in this role you will ideally 2+ years' experience in a high volume and face paced customer service environment (hospitality, retail and optical industry preferred). You will have fantastic organisation and communication skills, be reliable, well presented and have the ability to work effectively in a large team environment.
