Client

An existing client has asked ICG to identify a nationally or globally regarded expert in the application of artificial intelligence to the business of retail wealth management. They are already a relatively advanced user of AI through the application of machine learning and robotics for some time. They however, want to become "AI led" on both the customer  experience and cost of doing business.

The successful applicant will guide the executive team and technology capability to close the gap on successfully applied technology. 

• Support the design, blueprinting, and building of an AI driven operating model for wealth management
  
• Baseline exiting applications and identify quick win opportunities and longer term use cases
  
• Develop the business case for medium and long term use cases 
  
• Support the implementation and refinement of AI driven solutions
  

• Deep demonstrated knowledge of the Australian wealth Industry and AI-supported solutions within wealth 
  
• Substantial project experience working under pressure at a branded consulting firm or in mission-critical internal project teams
