Part Time Warehouse Coordinator

Not your typical Pick Pack Repeat Role.

We are currently seeking a second Part Time Warehouse Coordinator to join our team

Someone who can work part of a small team, but can also think for themself.

ALLFAB Supplies Aust was established in 2007 and is based in Croydon South, VIC. We distribute hardware, components and consumables to the Window, Door and Glass industry.

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties include, but is not limited to the following functions:

• Receiving and dispatching goods

• Picking and packing

• Loading and unloading trucks

• Manage all relevant documentation involved in the transition of incoming / outgoing goods

• Ensuring all goods received are correctly labelled and stored

• Liaising with couriers and transport companies to arrange pick up and follow up on delayed deliveries

• Ensure all warehouse equipment is in good working condition and stored correctly

• Organizing stock within the warehouse

• Assembly or parts as & when required

• Quarterly Cyclic Counts

• Ensure warehouse is neat and tidy at all times

• Other warehouse duties as and when required

The successful candidate MUST have the following attributes:

• Able to work Monday to Friday 12:00pm to 4:30pm

• 1 year working experience in a warehouse

• Certificate 2 or 3 (preferable but not essential)

• Technical aptitude and the ability to learn fast. Some knowledge into aluminum door and window hardware would be highly appreciated, although not essential.

• OH & S Awareness

• Forklift experience

• Computer literate especially MS Outlook, Excel & Word

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent work ethics with strong loyalty to the company and team

• Able to work as part of a team and also independently with little or no supervision

• A "CAN DO" attitude with an ability to think outside the norm

• Must be flexible regarding duties

• Able to solve common problems and deal with a variety of situations in a logical and methodical fashion

• Proven ability to work under pressure

Remuneration will be based on experience and qualifications.
