About the role
At Air Liquide Healthcare, we are dedicated to improving lives. As a leading supplier of medical gases, homecare equipment, and sleep therapy services, we support thousands of patients across Australia every day.
If you are a organized logistics pro who thrives on solving operational puzzles, making a real impact on people's health, and keeping complex supply chains running seamlessly—this is the role for you!
How You’ll Make an ImpactAs our Operations Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our daily homecare and oxygen delivery operations. You’ll make sure critical equipment gets to the right place at the right time, while keeping our regional stock, field vehicles, and teams running like clockwork.
Your core responsibilities:
Route & Schedule: Optimize daily delivery runs for sleep and home oxygen services using smart routing tools (Radaro).
Inventory & Asset Management: Maintain regional stock levels, conduct stocktakes, resolve anomalies, and track rental assets in our ERP (Great Plains).
Equipment & Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure medical devices (concentrators, regulators) and our delivery fleet are serviced, audited, and fully compliant.
Team & Regional Support: Assist with onboarding, training, and coaching field staff and contractors on safety (HSEQ) and standard procedures.
Problem Solving: Act as the first point of escalation for urgent same-day requests, stock movements, and after-hours patient support.
We are looking for a practical, self-motivated logistics coordinator who balances big-picture scheduling with sharp attention to detail.
What you’ll bring:
Experience: 3–5 years in supply chain, logistics, or fleet/operations coordination.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with ERP systems (like Great Plains), routing software, and Google Workspace tools.
Organization & Autonomy: Strong ability to prioritize competing demands, see tasks through to completion, and work independently.
Communication: Top-tier written and verbal communication skills with a clear, customer-first mindset.
Eye for Safety: A strong commitment to HSEQ compliance, safety procedures, and quality standards.
A meaningful role where your work directly improves patient care.
Opportunities to recommend process improvements and drive real operational efficiencies.
A supportive, collaborative culture with professional growth opportunities.
If you are ready to bring your logistics expertise to a team that makes a genuine difference, we’d love to hear from you! Apply today with your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience.
