Job Title: Poultry Processing Team Member (Further Processing)

Location: Giglio's Fresh Chickens in Bonnyrigg, NSW

Employment Type: Casual / Part-Time (4 days per week)

Working Days: Weekdays (must be flexible)

Start Time: 5:00 AM

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking team member to join our poultry processing facility in Bonnyrigg. This role is part of the Further Processing Team, focusing on preparing value-added chicken products in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation and production of poultry products including:

• Sausages
• Schnitzels
• Kebabs
• Marinating and packing chicken products
• Cooking and handling prepared items as required
• Preparing butterflied chickens with marinades
• Cutting and portioning chicken wings and other cuts
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations
• Working efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets

Requirements

• Ability to work early morning shifts (starting at 5:00 AM)
• Availability to work 4 days a week, Mondays - Fridays (subject to change)
• Must have own reliable transport (no public transport available to site)
• Must have a valid Tax File Number (TFN)
• Previous experience in food processing, butchery, or manufacturing
• Comfortable working in a cold and fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and food safety practices
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team
• Must be able to speak and read fluent English
• Must have own vehicle to get to work as there is NO public transport

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $32.00 – $33.00 per hour
