We're not your typical financial advice firm — and we don't want a typical marketing manager.

MW Group is building Australia's most engaging financial education brand. Think office skits, DTC finance content, and real insight into wealth, tax, and estate planning — not stock photos and jargon.

What you'll do:

• Shoot and edit content in-office (min. 2–3 hrs/day on-site for filming — rest is hybrid)

• Own the full pipeline: concept → shoot → edit → post → analyse → adjust

• Run distribution across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and beyond

• Track performance and iterate — this isn't "post and pray"

• Bring your own creative ideas to the table, not just execute ours

What you need:

• Gun-level video editing skills (CapCut or equivalent — speed and quality matter)

• A genuine eye for what makes content stop the scroll

• Comfortable being in front of and behind the camera

• Full-time availability at the stated salary — no agencies, no contractors
