Join the Team at Nikola Estate – Functions Chef Wanted!
Nikola Estate is one of WA’s oldest and most picturesque wineries set in the gorgeous Swan Valley and known for its unforgettable weddings and events.
We are seeking a talented Functions Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for a chef who thrives in both day-to-day kitchen operations and the excitement of delivering high-quality functions and events.
About the Role:
Support the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of kitchen operations.
Lead menu planning, preparation, and execution for weddings, corporate events, and private functions.
Ensure consistency, quality and creativity across all food service.
Mentor, train and inspire junior chefs and kitchen staff.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cost control.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as CDP or Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
Strong background in functions, banquets or large-scale catering.
Ability to lead a team with passion, professionalism and attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple events and service needs.
A creative flair for food presentation and menu innovation.
