On The Border & Off The Border in Mindarie are building our crew for the season ahead and we're looking for hospitality people with personality.

The kind who can thrive on a busy Friday night and still keep things running smoothly.

Who can read a table, own a section, shake a great marg, rally a team and still make guests feel like they're part of the party.

We're a high energy Cali Mex social house built around great food, killer drinks and a seriously good time.

Taco Tuesdays.

Our sister space, Off The Border, brings the bar energy with cocktails, music, functions and late-night atmosphere.

We're not a quiet restaurant.

FOH + BARTENDERS

We're looking for people who know that hospitality isn't just taking orders and dropping plates.

It's reading the room.

It's spotting the table that needs another round before they ask.

It's remembering someone's birthday.

It's knowing when to have a laugh — and when it's time to MOVE.

You'll fit in behind our bar or on our floor if you:

• Bring great energy naturally

• Genuinely love people

• Work with urgency

• Stay switched on when it's busy

• Can handle a section or bar with confidence

• Back the people working beside you

• Understand that the guest experience is everything

BEHIND THE BAR?

Cocktail experience is a big plus.

Tequila knowledge? Even better.

We want bartenders who can move fast, make great drinks and bring some personality while they're doing it.

This isn't a slow, silent craft cocktail bar.

We want cocktail slingers who can handle volume and make the bar feel like the best seat in the house.

SUPERVISORS + DUTY MANAGERS

We're not looking for someone to stand back and watch the shift happen.

We want leaders.

People who lead from the front, know what's happening across the venue and can take control when 100 things are happening at once.

You should be able to:

• Run a busy service confidently

• Lead and motivate a team

• Stay calm when the venue gets slammed

• Keep standards high under pressure

• Read the room and control the flow

• Solve problems before they become problems

• Coach your team in the moment

• Create energy, not kill it

You won't be hiding in the office.

You'll be on the floor.

Visible. Engaged. In control.

Part manager. Part host. Part problem solver.

Previous supervisory or management experience in a busy restaurant, bar or high volume venue is highly regarded.
