DWS is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to deliver enterprise API and integration solutions across a large-scale environment. This role focuses on Kong API Gateway, IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), API security, integration services, messaging platforms, and modern deployment practices. You will work with technical and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient integration capabilities. The successful candidate will help design, build, and support enterprise-grade API and integration services that connect critical business systems and enable modern digital services.

Salary: Up to $1,000/day ACN or up to $220K package (Max Term)
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong hands-on experience with Kong API Gateway administration and API management.
- Significant experience developing REST APIs and microservices using Node.js and/or Java.
- Expertise in API security, including OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS, API lifecycle management and governance frameworks.
- Strong experience designing reusable integration patterns and enterprise integration solutions.
- Substantial experience with IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and enterprise integration platforms.
- Strong knowledge of ESQL, Java Compute Nodes, Mapping Nodes and orchestration services.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications through REST, SOAP, IBM MQ, JMS, databases and legacy systems.
- Hands-on experience automating deployments and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exposure to Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, cloud-native architectures and DevSecOps practices will be highly regarded.
- Experience working within complex enterprise environments delivering business-critical integration services.
