Process Trainer

We are recruiting a Processing Safety Training Advisor to join a growing gold producer.

• FIFO ex Perth 8/6 roster
• Permanent opportunity
• Hands-on role working alongside operators and supervisors in the processing plant
• Focus on practical coaching, competency assessments and capability development
• Develop and maintain training packages, competency frameworks, SWPs and work instructions
• Coordinate site training plans and ensure training compliance
• Maintain accurate training records and audit-ready documentation
• Opportunity to influence training standards and improve workforce capability
• Work closely with Processing Superintendents and operational leaders
• Balance of field-based coaching and training administration
• Suitable for experienced Processing Trainers or Training Advisors looking to take the next step
