Domestic Assistant - Waters

We are currently seeking a dedicated Domestic Assistant to join the team providing support services at Bethanie Waters Aged Care.

This Domestic Assistant opportunity offers the flexibility you’re looking for, with the stability of a Permanent Part Time role.

You will be available to work the following shift pattern, with the potential for additional shifts to become available in the future.

Week 1 & Week 2

Monday – 08.30 – 14.30

Wednesday 08.30 – 14.30

About You

• Previous experience working as a Domestic Assistant / Cleaner, ideally in an aged care, hospital or similar environment
• Have a ‘can do’ attitude and a genuine compassion for our residents
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply for one)

The Role

• Ensuring bathrooms, toilets, furniture, fittings, floors and communal areas are kept clean and tidy
• Ensuring supplies are stocked across the facility
• Liaising with other employees to ensure the needs of our residents are met
• Ensuring residents' personal clothing is individually labelled and put away in their rooms, identifying items that require mending
