About The Role

The Service Technician role is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of the company’s range of product in the greater Brisbane area. Your duties would include:

Respond to all allocated after sales calls with a professional, pleasant, outgoing manner, mindful at all times of the importance of our customerEnsure our products are installed and operate within the design specifications and relevant standardsEvaluate and rectify the appliance problem efficiently and accurately and or install and commission an appliance in accordance with the quotationMaintain knowledge and attend Rheem training across the full product range include Rheem, Vulcan, Raypak, Edwards and SolahartAct in a manner conducive to good health and safety of him or her and general public

About You

We are looking for someone who is committed, motivated, energetic, and reliable. You will also have:

Air Conditioning & Refrigeration licence and ARC LicenceCurrent QLD drivers licenceComfortable use of electronic communication/information devices.
