Senior Brow & Lash Artist – Leadership & Profit-Share Pathway

Ardour Brows & Lashes is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Brow & Lash Artist to join our Brighton salon.

This position is ideal for a confident artist who delivers beautiful results, builds strong client relationships and is ready to contribute to the growth of a salon. For the right person, the role offers a genuine pathway into a Salon Supervisor or management position, with eligibility for a structured salon performance and profit-share incentive program after agreed expectations are achieved.

This is not an immediate management appointment. We are looking for someone who can first demonstrate excellence as an artist, followed by leadership potential, reliability and consistent commercial performance.

The role

You will:

• Deliver professional brow threading and shaping services.
• Perform classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions.
• Provide lash lifts, brow lamination, tinting and related treatments within your qualifications.
• Create a warm, polished and personalised client experience.
• Build client loyalty through consultation, rebooking and aftercare.
• Confidently recommend appropriate retail products.
• Maintain accurate client notes, consent forms and treatment records.
• Follow Ardour’s hygiene, presentation, deposit and client-care procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the team and management to support salon growth.
• Gradually assist with team guidance and daily salon operations as your leadership responsibilities develop.

Saturday availability is essential

Saturday is one of our busiest trading days. The successful candidate must be available to work a regular Saturday shift.

Additional weekday or evening availability will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.

Who we are looking for

You will ideally have:

• At least two years of professional brow and lash industry experience.
• Strong brow threading and shaping skills.
• Professional training and experience in classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions.
• A recognised beauty qualification or equivalent industry training.
• Excellent client consultation and customer-service skills.
• Strong rebooking, client-retention and retail confidence.
• A reliable, responsible and team-focused approach.
• High standards of hygiene, presentation and attention to detail.
• The confidence to take initiative and help improve salon performance.
• Full working rights in Australia.

Experience in brow lamination, lash lifting, henna or hybrid brows, waxing, tinting, cosmetic tattooing or facial treatments would be highly regarded but is not essential across every service.

Your leadership pathway

Following the successful completion of probation and consistent achievement of agreed expectations, the successful candidate may be considered for progression into a Salon Supervisor or management role.

Progression will be based on:

• Service quality and client satisfaction.

• Rebooking and client retention.
• Retail performance.
• Reliability and procedural compliance.
• Teamwork, initiative and leadership capability.
• The operational needs of the business.

Eligible team leaders may also participate in a structured salon performance and profit-share incentive program, subject to agreed targets, eligibility requirements and written program terms. This is a performance incentive and does not represent equity or ownership in the business.
