We are a local family business, supporting residents of Coffs Harbour and the surrounding area for the past 30 years. We have proven ourselves to be not only one of the largest Home Care services in the region, but one of the largest employers in the local area.

We are one of the only services in the area to facilitate a monthly, fully paid 2-hour staff meeting. This meeting provides an opportunity for connection, support, and training.
We provide access to the mandatory competencies such as CPR training and manual handling training every year at no cost to the employee.
About The Role
We're looking for a qualified & experienced Support Worker to provide compassionate care to our aged care clients in Southern Coffs Harbour.
The shifts will be from Coffs to Woolgoolga, Mon-Fri. (between 7am-7pm; willing to work evenings).
You will support our clients in a range of services to ensure they can continue to live the life they choose in their local community, including:

You have a caring nature and are a clear and empathetic communicator who is able to build rapport effectively. You can work both autonomously and in a team environment, are extremely organized and adaptable to change. You are looking for stable, flexible and fulfilling work.
