About the Role

To support our growth focused approach, we are seeking an LPG Business Development Manager to join our Beenleigh branch.

You will be working closely with the Field Sales Manager and Branch Manager, growing our business and market share in and around the Brisbane and Gold Coast region. Previous industry and gas experience is an advantage but not essential.

Duties & Responsibilities

•    Cold calling prospective customers.
•    Foster and drive our YES WE CAN customer service attitude.
•    Proven ability to negotiate and 'close the deal'.
•    Achieve new business sales targets.
•    Networking relationships with appropriate industry professionals.
•    Establish new business development strategies.
•    Delivering to out of gas customers if required.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a similar sales role with gas industry experience would be advantageous.
• Candidates who have a passion for sales, including designing call cycles and exploring and exploiting new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to handle high pressure situations and have a high level of resilience
• Excellent time management skills, well organised and are natural planners.
• A National Police Check and Demerit Points Statement is required PRIOR to commencement.
• The successful candidate will be required to attend a pre-employment medical examination.
