Reservations & Administration Officer

About the Position:

Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary is currently seeking an experienced Reservations & Administration Officer to join our Sales team!

This is a varied customer service and administrative role responsible for managing reservations, supporting group bookings, and helping deliver seamless visitor experiences. This casual position offers approximately 15–20 hours per week and requires flexibility across a seven-day roster.

As a Reservations & Administration Officer, you’ll respond to guest enquiries, process bookings and payments, coordinate group visits, and maintain accurate records. You’ll liaise with tour operators, travel agents, schools, and internal departments to organise experiences, catering, special requests, and arrival logistics.

Working closely with the Reservations Supervisor, you’ll also provide general administrative support, assist with payment reconciliation and invoicing, respond to customer feedback, and help resolve booking issues promptly and professionally.

This role suits someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, confident communicating with different stakeholders, and comfortable managing changing priorities in a busy visitor environment.
