About Us

Australia Aiwibi Baby Care Pty Ltd is the Australian headquarters of the AIWIBI brand, a global baby care company with products sold in more than 100 countries and regions.

Our product portfolio includes baby diapers, pants, wet wipes and other baby care products. As part of our continued growth in Australia, we are expanding our local sales team to build our offline retail network across the country.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to develop our offline sales channels across Australia.

This is a field-based business development role with strong career growth opportunities. You will play a key role in introducing AIWIBI products into Australia's retail market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new retail customers across Australia.

• Build relationships with baby specialty stores, pharmacies and independent retailers.

• Develop distributor partnerships in major cities across Australia.

• Identify opportunities with national retail chains and key accounts.

• Conduct customer visits, product presentations and sales negotiations.

• Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional activities.

• Monitor competitors and provide market intelligence.

• Achieve agreed sales targets and business development objectives.

• Attend trade shows and industry events when required.

Target Channels

You will be responsible for developing business with sales networks including :

• Baby specialty retailers

• Pharmacies

• National retail chains

• Independent retailers

• FMCG distributors

• Regional distributors

• Wholesale partners

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in FMCG, baby care, pharmacy or retail sales.

• Proven business development experience.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Existing industry contacts will be highly regarded.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• A valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel.
