Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. This permanent position will commence in 2027 and offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and nurture young minds, fostering a love for learning in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to educational excellence and the ability to engage students effectively. Qualified graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the curriculum requirements and cater to the diverse needs of young students.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational best practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or similar.
• Current teaching registration with the relevant educational authority in Western Australia.
• The right to work in Australia
• Proven experience as a teacher, preferably in a junior school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
• Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting student well-being.
