A leading global investment bank is seeking to appoint a Vice President or Director to its Infrastructure Advisory team. The group advises across a range of M&A and strategic advisory mandates and continues to benefit from sustained activity across the sector. The platform benefits from significant resources across M&A, ECM, DCM and sector coverage, providing exposure to high-quality mandates and some of the market's most attractive brands as clients.
As deal flow remains strong, the team is looking to add an experienced infrastructure professional capable of leading juniors, taking ownership of transaction execution and contributing to client development efforts.
The team offers a collegiate and high-performing culture with strong retention across the Analyst and Associate ranks, meaningful responsibility at senior levels and direct access to decision-makers. While expectations remain consistent with a leading investment banking platform, the team is known for a practical and supportive leadership approach, strong internal resourcing and a collaborative working environment.
Candidates will ideally have between 6-8 years experience, although they will consider those more senior if they have a strong infrastructure investment banking background. M&A advisory, infrastructure investing and project finance advisory skillsets will all be considered with substantial transaction exposure being the key to success in this process.
Note: Experience advising infrastructure funds and asset owners will be highly regarded. The role is suited to a technically strong, execution-focused professional capable of leading processes and engaging directly with senior clients and investors.
