About the Role

We are seeking a sales professional with demonstrated automotive experience who understands the industry and knows what it takes to consistently perform.

You will join an established dealership offering quality stock, excellent enquiry levels, capable leadership and the support required to maximise your earnings.

In this role, you will:

• Proactively manage enquiries and convert opportunities into sales

• Build rapport quickly and confidently guide customers through the buying process

• Understand each customer’s needs and match them with the most suitable vehicle

• Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives

• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

• Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of new and returning customers

• Follow up leads promptly and professionally to maximise every opportunity

• Maintain current knowledge of the used vehicle market, pricing and competitor activity

• Deliver excellent post-sale follow-up to generate repeat and referral business

• Contribute to a team culture built on performance, integrity and customer service

We’re Looking For:

• A proven track record in automotive sales, ideally within used vehicles

• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Motivation to maximise both results and earning potential

• Well-developed negotiation and closing skills

• The ability to establish trust and lasting customer relationships

• A proactive approach to prospecting, lead management and follow-up

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Effective organisation, time management and attention to detail

• A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry

• A dedicated, ethical and customer-focused approach

• A valid NSW driver’s licence and confidence conducting customer test drives
