About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to play a key role in keeping our commercial operations running smoothly. This position sits at the centre of sales, customer support, and logistics, managing the flow of work from quotation through to delivery.

This is a hands-on and varied role suited to someone who is organised, practical, and confident working across both office and warehouse environments. You will be supporting real customer outcomes, not just administration tasks.

What you will be responsible for
You will prepare quotations, process customer orders, and ensure accurate records are maintained across internal systems. You will also support customer and dealer relationships, follow up enquiries and leads, and assist in keeping the sales process moving efficiently.

Alongside this, you will manage day-to-day office administration including documentation, job records, and service files.

On the operations side, you will be involved in receiving stock, picking and packing orders, coordinating freight, updating inventory, and ensuring the warehouse is organised and efficient.

What we are looking for
We are looking for someone reliable, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities without losing attention to detail. Experience in administration, sales support, logistics, or operations will be highly regarded.

You should be comfortable communicating with customers and suppliers, and confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as HubSpot.

An understanding of marine systems is an advantage, but not essential.
