The CentrePurpose-built with children at the heart of every decision, our brand-new 113 place Mernda campus has been designed to inspire curiosity, creativity and connection.
From beautiful learning environments to engaging outdoor play spaces, every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create an exceptional experience for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
As our founding Campus Director, you'll be instrumental in bringing the building to life by creating a thriving culture, building meaningful community relationships and establishing a team that families can't wait to be part of.
Your Role:Every day will be different, but you'll be:
Building and leading an incredible team from the ground up
Creating a positive, high performing culture where people genuinely love coming to work
Welcoming families and becoming a trusted leader within the Mernda community
Driving enrolments and helping the campus flourish
Championing exceptional educational practice and mentoring your team to be their best
Leading the day to day operations while ensuring quality, compliance and continuous improvement remain at the heart of everything you do
You're an experienced leader who loves bringing people together and creating environments where both children and educators thrive.
You enjoy building teams, solving challenges and celebrating success. Most importantly, you're passionate about making a genuine difference in children's lives.
You'll also bring:
An ACECQA approved Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education
Previous experience leading an early childhood service
Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS, EYLF and education and care legislation
Outstanding leadership and communication skills
A current Working with Children Check and National Police Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, mandatory reporting training and Geccko (Child Safety) training
