Serving the Mudgee region of Central West NSW for more than 28 years, we are a family owned and operated local bakery producing fresh bread, rolls, pies, sausage rolls, cakes, slices, and much, much more. We have a cafe and salad bar, and are open 7 days a week.

We are looking for a skilled baker and/or pastry cook to join our team in a full time position and help produce our high-quality baked goods daily. Duties include:

• Preparing, mixing, and baking a variety of baked goods such as bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies. 

• Follow recipes, measure ingredients, and ensure quality and consistency in the finished products. 

• Manage oven temperatures and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. 

• Inventory and ingredient ordering.

• Interact with customers or assist in designing custom baked goods. 

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills are essential for this role

Previous experience working in a bakery or commercial food production is required. Must be willing to work night shifts. We're looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and able to work autonomously or as part of a team.
