Head of Commercial Law

A full client base will be welcomed but is not required for this role, as long as you have a foundation on which to build while you enjoy the firm's pipeline work.
About the Law teamBluerock Law is a boutique commercial law firm, within a larger multi- disciplinary professional services firm, giving you the best of both worlds.Our services include Commercial, Property, Employment, Immigration, Wills & Estates, Insolvency, and Dispute Resolution. We are a team of 35 who enjoy working together to deliver quality commercial outcomes for our clients. What you'll be doing:Leading a small Commercial team alongside another Commercial DirectorServicing clients and providing advice on a range of commercial mattersEnsuring high quality of work is delivered across the Commercial teamMentoring and developing lawyers to grow and be their bestWorking with the other six Directors and Managing Director to grow and lead the Law Firm

Requirements

All-rounder experienced commercial lawyer 10+ years PQESolid commercial technical skills, you may also have a specialist within a commercial areaExcellent leader and mentor of staffService orientated with a sense of urgency, setting the standard for others to followPassion for helping clients big and smallProven success in business development Strong practice management skills
