Supply Chain & Customer-facing Specialist Location: Macquarie Park Work Type: Hybrid, 12-month contract

Vital role supporting operations for a global healthcare leader About the Role Reporting directly to the Warehouse and Distribution Manager ANZ, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the seamless order-to-cash process, outbound logistics, and providing exceptional support to both internal and external stakeholders.

You will ensure all operations maintain strict quality, compliance, and cost efficiencies to support ongoing business growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee commercial and non-commercial movements of goods in compliance with GMP/GDP guidelines , internal SOPs, and international custom regulations.

Timely processing of sales orders, ensuring high accuracy in invoicing and financial transaction integrity. Maintain strong communication with key internal business units, distributors, 3PL partners, and customers to ensure deliveries arrive on time and in full. Identify and implement cost-reduction proposals in transportation and actively contribute to process improvements, SOP reviews, and functional projects.

Actively resolve day-to-day operational issues while ensuring adherence to strict quality and safety frameworks. Required Skills & Experience: To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong mixture of supply chain process knowledge, exceptional customer liaison skills, and a commitment to quality.

Previous experience within the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical supply chain is highly desirable. Sound understanding of GMP / GDP compliance and regulatory processes. Experience with ERP systems, MS Office suite, basic database management, and data analytics.

Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and basic finance/accounting concepts. Tertiary qualifications (Bachelor's degree or equivalent). Advanced oral and written English communication skills.

Thrives under pressure, handles tight deadlines, and manages change effectively. Excellent team player with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Sharp eye for data accuracy, detail, and process efficiency.
