About the role

IntegrityB Landscaping is seeking an experienced and qualified Structural Landscape Leading Hand to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on position working across high-quality residential landscape construction projects throughout the Hills District, North Shore and wider Sydney region.

You will work closely with our Site Supervisor and business owners to coordinate daily site activities, maintain quality standards and help ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete structural landscaping works in accordance with plans and specifications

• Assist with planning and coordinating daily site activities

• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and site presentation

• Read and interpret landscape plans, construction drawings and levels

• Identify and resolve on-site construction challenges

• Maintain a safe, organised and professional worksite

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, trades and team members

About You

• Strong leadership skills with an ability to communicate effectively with your colleagues and subcontractors

• Be able to read, follow, and interpret structural landscaping works to plans and specifications

• A high level of attention to detail

• Shares our values of quality, professionalism, honesty and teamwork

• Is reliable, organised and able to solve problems on site

• Works well both independently and as part of a team

Skills and experience

• Retaining walls (Sandstone, Besser Block & Timber)

• Paving

• Pergola

• Timber Decking

• Soft Scaping

• Drainage/ Irrigation

Experience operating machinery would be highly regarded, including:

• • Excavator

• • Dingo

• • Bobcat

Experience and knowledge of Irrigation Installation would be highly regarded.

Required

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction

• Previous experience in Structural Landscape Construction

• Current Australian driver licence

• Current White Card

• Physically fit and able to undertake hands-on construction work

• Willingness to work in accordance with our workplace health and safety procedures

• Australian working rights
