Parts Manager – Hervey Bay

Sunstate Motorcycles is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to join our Hervey Bay (Pialba) dealership.

We specialise in motorcycles, side-by-sides and Sea-Doo (BRP) and are part of a successful family-owned multi-location group with stores across the Sunshine Coast, Fraser Coast and Gold Coast. In this role you will

• Manage the day-to-day running of the parts department

• Control inventory, ordering, receiving and stock levels

• Provide excellent counter and phone customer service

• Support the sales and workshop teams with accurate parts information and supply

• Maintain pricing, promotions and parts specials

• Ensure a clean, organised and efficient parts area

• Drive parts sales and identify opportunities to improve performance

About you

• Previous experience in a parts role within the motorcycle, marine, automotive or powersports industry (management experience preferred)

• Strong product knowledge and ability to look up and interpret parts information

• Computer literate with experience using dealership management systems (DMS) advantageous. Revolution preferred.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Organised, accurate and able to manage multiple priorities

• Self-motivated with a commercial mindset

• Current driver’s licence

• Permanent Australian work rights

Experience with motorcycles, side-by-sides or Sea-Doo/BRP parts is highly regarded but not essential — the right attitude, organisation and customer focus matter most.

This is a full-time role based at our Hervey Bay dealership in Pialba.
