About the role
We are a specialist practice in East Melbourne looking for an enthusiastic, efficient and service oriented person to join our team in a part-time position - 2 to 3 days a week but must include Thursday and Friday. You will be working alongside other experienced medical receptionists and clinical staff.
Key responsibilities
Greeting patients
Taking telephone enquiries
Making and confirming patient appointments
Document management
Taking payments
Submitting Medicare and private fund claims
About you
Great customer service skills
Computer savvy and quick to learn
Competent with computer skills
Prior experience in a medical/surgical practice preferable but not mandatory if you are a quick learner
Use of electronic medical record software preferable but not mandatory if you are a quick learner
